APOLLO WARRANTY CERTIFICATION
WINDOW WARRANTY (LIMITED)
All vinyl windows manufactured by A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. The following window parts, Insulated Glass Units, fibreglass doors, Certified Apollo Installation and components are covered during the stated period, under normal use and service, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this limited warranty:
A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD offers an industry-leading 25-year warranty on the window parts and components and a 5-year warranty on installation performed by a factory-trained installer related to labour and warranty materials.
EXTERIOR METAL CLADDING:
A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD will provide a limited 25-year warranty from the date of manufacture on the EXTERIOR METAL CLADDING, against flaking, peeling or blistering of the surface finish.
PVC (VINYL) EXTRUSIONS:
A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD provides a limited 25-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of manufacture to all PVC (VINYL) EXTRUSIONS. Within the first 2 years from the date of manufacture, A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD will replace or repair defective materials at no charge.
INSULATING GLASS WARRANTY:
A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD sealed units are warranted against seal failure for a period of 25 years, to the original consumer and from the date of manufacture. Installation charges apply after two years from the date of installation. Cracked Sealed Units and Condensation are not a warrantable condition.
FIBREGLASS DOORS:
A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD provides a limited 10-year warranty against warping or delamination for our fibreglass doors. This coverage is valid from the date of purchase, applicable solely to the original consumer and provided if the door has not been altered in size or design.
INTERIOR & EXTERIOR WOOD COMPONENTS:
A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD does not warranty wood components that are exposed to the elements—such as those on the exterior of a home—in either their natural, stained or painted condition due to natural variations in the wood.
OPERATING HARDWARE:
A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD has a limited warranty on all operating hardware. All Radisson Hardware products are warranted against the manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
INSTALLATION BY A-APOLLO WINDOWS & DOORS LTD by CERTIFIED INSTALLERS:
When windows and doors are installed by Apollo Certified Installers, a limited 5-year warranty is provided from the date of installation against defects in workmanship.
CONDITIONS AND EXCLUTIONS:
There are certain conditions and events which A-Apollo Windows & Doors LTD has no control over, any defects or issues resulting from the following; acts of God, war, insurrection, fire, riot, or negligence, will not be covered under warranty.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
All shipping damage must be reported within Twenty Four(24) hours of the receipt of the product. All warranty claims must be sent to warranty@apollowindows.ca with all supporting pictures and documents.
This Warranty precedes any other warranty and under no circumstances will any verbal representation from any associate of Apollo, Contractors, Subtrades or Agents deemed part of this Warranty.
