2 · Contest period

The Fall Home Show 2026 Draw (the “Contest”) opens at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Mountain Time on Friday, September 25, 2026 and closes at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Sunday, September 27, 2026 (the “Contest Period”), at the Calgary Fall Home Show, BMO Centre, Stampede Park, Calgary, Alberta.

Entries received outside the Contest Period are void. Apollo’s system clock is the official timekeeper for all entries and deadlines.

3 · Eligibility

Open to residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18) in Alberta as of the date of entry.

Not open to: employees, directors, officers, and representatives of Apollo, of the show operator, and of any organization involved in administering the Contest, nor to the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) of, or persons domiciled with, any of the above.

4 · How to enter

a) At the show. Scan and Complete the entry form at Booth 247 during the Contest Period. You must provide your first and last name, a valid email address and a valid telephone number, and you must accept these Rules. This is one (1) entry.

b) Bonus entry. After submitting a valid entry, you may follow one (1) Apollo account on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn and upload a screenshot showing that you follow it. You receive one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries in total.

You must still be following that account at the time your entry is drawn. If you are not, the bonus entry is forfeited; your original entry remains valid and eligible.

Limits. One (1) entry per person, plus a maximum of one (1) bonus entry. Entries are non-transferable. Entries using false, incomplete or another person’s information will be disqualified.

5 · Prizes

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $3,150 CAD.

Each prize is awarded as described and as-is. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Apollo reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

Apollo makes no representation or warranty as to any prize beyond any warranty that applies to the product itself. Any manufacturer or supplier warranty on a prize passes to the winner on the terms it is issued.

Gift card prizes are issued subject to the issuer’s own terms of use.

Grand Prize conditions. The Grand Prize is supplied and installed by Apollo at a single residential address within Calgary, Alberta. The winner must be the owner of that property, or must provide the owner’s written authorization, before work is scheduled. If the winner’s property is unsuitable, or the scope cannot be delivered as described, Apollo may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or issue the value as an Apollo credit, at its discretion. The prize value is capped at $3,000 CAD per winner. It applies to one customer and one residential property only. If the project costs less than $3,000, the prize covers the actual cost, and any leftover value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. If the project costs more than $3,000, the winner pays the difference. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or offer. Additional terms and conditions apply.

6 · Draws

All four prizes are drawn together on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026, after the Contest Period closes, from among all eligible entries received during the entire Contest Period, including eligible entries made under Section 4(c).

Draws are conducted at random by Apollo, by its representative, or by an independent randomisation service engaged by Apollo. Where such a service is used, only anonymous entry reference numbers are provided to it; no personal information is disclosed. The record of the randomisation is retained by Apollo and is available on request to any entrant for ninety (90) days following the draw.

Order of draw. The three gift cards is drawn first, followed by the Grand Prize in sequence.

One prize per person. Notwithstanding the number of entries an entrant holds, an entrant may win no more than one (1) prize in this Contest. All entries belonging to the same person — including a bonus entry under Section 4(b) and any entries consolidated under Section 4 — are treated as belonging to a single entrant. Where an entry is drawn for a person already selected in an earlier draw at the same session, that entry is void and a further entry is drawn immediately in its place, repeated as often as necessary. Selection in an earlier draw disqualifies a person from all later draws, whether or not they are ultimately confirmed as a winner, and whether or not they accept, forfeit or fail to claim that prize.

7 · Odds

The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Apollo cannot predict the number of entries in advance.

8 · Winner notification, confirmation and collection

Being reachable is a condition of winning. It is each entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details at entry and to remain reachable at them. Apollo has no obligation to search for a selected entrant beyond the details supplied.

Notification. Apollo will make up to three (3) contact attempts, using both the telephone number and the email address provided, over five (5) business days following the draw.

Confirmation. To be confirmed as a winner, a selected entrant must:

1. Respond within five (5) business days of the first contact attempt.
2. Where a bonus entry was drawn, be verifiably following the Apollo account declared at entry.

Collection. All prizes require an in-person visit. The confirmed winner must attend A-Apollo Windows & Doors, #26, 3530 32 Street NE, Calgary, during business hours within fourteen (14) calendar days of being confirmed as a winner.

At that visit, the winner must:

• present government-issued photo identification matching the name on the entry;
• sign Apollo’s one-page Prize Release, which confirms eligibility and compliance with these Rules, accepts the prize as awarded, gives the consent described in Section 11, and releases Apollo from liability in connection with the Contest and the prize; and
• be photographed, for Apollo’s records and for publicity as described in Section 11.

Acceptance of these Rules, the eligibility warranties in Section 9, the publicity consent in Section 11 and the release in Section 16 are given at the time of entry and require no further signature.

Forfeiture. A prize is forfeited if the selected entrant cannot be reached within the notification period, declines, fails to collect or to attend within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmation, declines to present identification, declines to sign the prize receipt, is found ineligible, or is found not to be following the declared account.

Where a prize is forfeited, Apollo may draw an alternate entrant under the same conditions, up to three (3) times per prize, after which the prize may go unawarded. Forfeited and unclaimed prizes remain the property of Apollo and no compensation of any kind is payable.

9 · Entrant warranties, verification and disqualification

By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that:

• the information submitted is true, accurate, complete and their own;
• they meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3;
• they have read and accept these Rules; and
• their entry does not infringe the rights of any other person.

Apollo may require proof of identity, age and residency before awarding any prize, in a form satisfactory to Apollo. Failure to provide it within seven (7) days of request results in forfeiture.

Apollo may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant and void any entry where it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has: submitted false or another person’s information; entered more than the permitted number of times, including through multiple identities, email addresses or telephone numbers; used any automated, scripted or bulk method of entry; tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; or acted in breach of these Rules.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Apollo reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted.

10 · Screenshots and uploaded material

Where an entrant uploads a screenshot for a bonus entry:

• the screenshot must show only that the entrant follows the Apollo account, and must not include the personal information of any other person, private messages, or any content the entrant does not have the right to share;
• the entrant grants Apollo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review and reproduce the screenshot solely for the purpose of verifying the bonus entry;
• Apollo will not publish, post or use any screenshot for marketing; and
• screenshots are deleted within ninety (90) days of the final draw, or sooner once verification is complete.

Apollo is not responsible for uploads that fail, are corrupted, are unreadable, or are not received for any reason.

11 · Publicity and photography

Accepting a prize requires agreeing to be photographed. By entering this Contest, each entrant acknowledges that if they are selected and confirmed as a winner, they will be photographed, and recorded on video, at the time of prize collection or handover.

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Apollo an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use their photograph, video likeness, first name, last initial and city of residence, in any medium — including Apollo’s website, social media accounts, print advertising, trade show material and press releases — for an unlimited period, without further notice, approval or compensation.

A winner who declines to be photographed forfeits the prize, and Apollo may draw an alternate entrant under Section 8.

Where the winner is accompanied by any other person, that person’s image will not be used without their separate consent.

12 · Privacy and communications

Information collected at entry is collected, used and disclosed by Apollo in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and applicable federal privacy law, and with Apollo’s privacy policy at https://www.apollowindows.ca/privacy-policy/, for the purposes of administering this Contest, sending the product brochure requested at entry, and notifying you of the draw result.

Retention. Entry information is retained for twenty-four (24) months from the close of the Contest Period, after which it is deleted, except that: information relating to entrants who have given marketing consent is retained until that consent is withdrawn; screenshots submitted for bonus entries are deleted in accordance with Section 10; and winner declarations, releases and prize records are retained as business records for the period required by law.

Entry information is not sold, rented or leased to any third party. It may be shared with service providers acting on Apollo’s behalf to administer the Contest, under obligations of confidentiality.

Marketing messages. Where you have separately and expressly consented, Apollo will send you commercial electronic messages until you withdraw that consent.

Apollo may also contact you where otherwise permitted by law, including on the basis of an enquiry you have made about its products or services.

You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by contacting marketing@apollowindows.ca. Apollo records the date, time and version of the form on which each consent was given.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting marketing@apollowindows.ca, as set out in Apollo’s privacy policy.

13 · Social media

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok or LinkedIn. Entrants release those platforms from any liability in connection with the Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Apollo, not to any platform.

14 · Amendment, suspension and termination

Subject to applicable law, Apollo reserves the right to amend these Rules, or to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest in whole or in part, at any time, where necessary for the proper administration of the Contest or where required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including technical failure, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any cause that corrupts the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Contest.

Any amendment takes effect when posted at apollowindows.ca/showrules with a revised “last updated” date. Posting at that address constitutes notice. Entrants are responsible for reviewing the Rules at that address.

Apollo will not amend these Rules in a way that materially reduces the advertised value of the prizes, or the odds of winning, for entries already received. If the Contest is terminated early, the prizes will be awarded by random draw from among the eligible entries received up to the time of termination.

15 · General conditions

Apollo is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged or not received for any reason, nor for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, network or hardware failure, or unauthorized access relating to the entry system, nor for any injury or damage to an entrant’s device arising from participation.

Apollo is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate contact information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Contest, and is not obliged to search for a selected entrant beyond the contact details supplied at entry.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of Apollo, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

16 · Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Apollo, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability for loss, damage, injury or expense of any kind arising from participation in this Contest, from the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or from any prize-related activity.

Each entrant agrees to indemnify Apollo against any claim, loss or expense arising from that entrant’s breach of these Rules or of the warranties in Section 9.

Nothing in these Rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17 · Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or other costs associated with receipt or use of a prize, other than those expressly stated by Apollo to be included.

18 · Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

These Rules constitute the entire agreement between Apollo and each entrant in respect of the Contest. Where these Rules conflict with any advertising, point-of-sale material, social post or other representation regarding the Contest, these Rules govern.

Apollo’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

19 · Governing law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
