Window Parts & Components
A-Apollo Windows & Doors offers an industry-leading 20-year limited warranty on all window parts and components.
Sealed Unit (IGU)
20 years limited warranty on sealed glass units, covering seal failure under normal conditions. Defective sealed units will be repaired or replaced under this warranty. Labor costs apply after the first 2 years.
Installation
20 years installation warranty when the windows or doors are installed exclusively by Apollo-certified installers. This warranty ensures coverage against defects in workmanship, providing long-term peace of mind and performance assurance, provided the products are used and maintained under normal conditions.

Exterior Metal Cladding
A-Apollo Windows & Doors Ltd. provides a 20-year limited warranty from the date of manufacture against flaking, peeling, or blistering of the surface finish.
PVC Extrusions
We provide a 20-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of manufacture. Within the first 2 years, defective materials will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Insulating Glass Warranty
Sealed insulating glass units are warranted against seal failure for a period of 20 years from the date of manufacture, to the original purchaser.
Installation charges apply after the first 2 years. Cracked sealed units and condensation are not covered under this warranty.
Fiberglass Doors
A-Apollo Windows & Doors offers a 10-year limited warranty against warping or delamination on fiberglass doors. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is void if the door is altered in size or design.
Interior & Exterior Wood Components
Wood components—especially those exposed to exterior conditions—are not covered under this warranty in their natural, stained, or painted form, due to natural variations in the material.
Operating Hardware
All Radisson hardware products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Installation-related workmanship is covered for 5 years when Installed for 5 years when installed by Apollo Certified Installers.
Installation by Certified Installers
When windows and doors are installed by Apollo Certified Installers, a 5-year limited warranty applies from the date of installation, covering workmanship defects.
Conditions and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to:
• Acts of God • War, insurrection, or riot • Fire or natural disaster • Negligence or misuse
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
All warranty claims must be submitted to warranty@apollowindows.ca with supporting photos and documentation.
